Please address the seed oils. They are bad. Btw my husband loves this app! As a heart attack survivor (full arrest for 15 min) my husband uses this app all the time. Except for your high ratings on seed oils and even canola, this app is the best thing ever!
Also would you consider the app or something similar for dining out? We eat fast food maybe once a year and know it’s bad….but for restaurants this app would be even more amazing! Thank you for your support to those of us trying to stay healthy 💗
Hi and thank you for your wonderful app that we use each time we food shop! I do have a concern, however. Many products that contain canola oil, safflower oil, and sunflower oils, are given very high ratings. For example: Off the Eaten Path Veggie Crisps, 90/100, Late July Multigrain Tortilla Chips, 94/100, and Greenwise Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips 85/100. These products contain rancid oils, albeit organic, they are still harmful. Do you take oils in products into consideration? Thank you

Hello, are you aware of the dangers of LA/linoleic acids or seed oils?? Very dangerous to eat! Please make sure the ingredients that you say are good don’t contain them, including vegetable oils!

Yes I’ve noticed the canola and seed oils are rated high. We all know they are bad, too. Right now, we only use about, olive, coconut oils. Been reading up that real butter and lard are better for you than seed oils.

Hey, this is a great app! I love it! I’ve actually gotten healthier since using it. My blood glucose level was borderline. Cholesterol was higher and would not drop with just exercise and diet. A number of other things were off balanced. Now, when grocery shopping I used the app and God knows it’s helped me in making great choices of healthier buying. As I’m trying to eat more Whole Foods and some vegan dishes. This app has helped me not get tricked by those so called,”Healthy Choices” that are not really healthy at all. 😊❤️
