
Ready in no time with just three ingredients — dark chocolate, peanut butter 🥜, and a sprinkle of sea salt. These little chocolate PB bites are pure bliss! Under the crisp chocolate shell hides a soft, creamy peanut butter center. Chocolate lovers, beware: these are addictive 🍫

- 7 oz dark chocolate (70%)
- 6–8 teaspoons unsweetened peanut butter (about 1 teaspoon per bite)
- Sea salt flakes (optional)

Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, stir, then heat again for 30 seconds. If it’s not fully melted, repeat in short increments until smooth. Add a pinch of sea salt and stir.

Pour half of the melted chocolate into small muffin cups or silicone molds, being sure to well-coat the bottom and side (a pastry brush helps!). Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, until the chocolate firms up.

Once the chocolate layer has hardened, spoon about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into the center of each cup. If your peanut butter is stiff, warm it in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or in a double boiler until spreadable. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate, then chill again for about 15 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
