Thanks great information
Thanks for the info
Any from aldi stores

Thanks, helps save time.
in australia we have Brookfarm and Illawarra – can you include these in your comparison?
thanks
Hi Fiona,
Thank you so much for your comment 😊
Our Top 10 lists are generated automatically by our algorithm, which takes into account both the product rating and its availability in the database. That’s why some great local brands may not always appear if they’re less widely scanned or distributed. Rest assured, this does not mean that your products are not great products, as well!
Thank you very helpful this has saved me a lot of time
This is so helpful when choosing a breakfast cereal. I use Yuka all the time to show me the carbs and sugar content
Yuka changed my buying choices. Very happy with the benefits of using the app every time I shop.
Yuka is very helpful, and I find a lot of surprises.
Thank you, I love the app in helping us make better choices!

I appreciate all the work you do to bring us this wonderful app
Thanks for this! Some brands are easily available to me, others I might need to search for.
Love your app and I have passed it on to family, friends and even local shops!
Thankyou!
Hi Jill,
Thank you so much for your support 🤩
Thank you for this article- so helpful!
Hello i have to download but my mom is upstairs
Thank you, I have just been told not to eat sugar, so this is a big help & a few to choose from.
This is great!
Thank you for the update, love to all.
Thank you very much. It takes a while to sort through product info so this is a big help.
Thank you Julie. I use your app most times, which really helps to make better choices. It also helps greatly in educating the younger generation as well. I really appreciate your caring
Yuka has been a game changer for me. I no longer buy a product without quickly scanning the barcode and have been shocked at how many of those I previously trusted include additives proven or suspected of being harmful. Yuka provides safe/healthier alternatives that not only gives me options but proves manufacturers have choices.
I’m of an age where these “bad/poor” rated products probably won’t actually harm me but if enough consumers stop buying them it will be in their financial interest to change formulations.
I’ve chosen to subscribe not only for the extra benefits but because I love the backstory, the independence, the science behind the content and the results so much $20- 30 a year is my way of saying a huge thank you.
Hi Barbara,
Thank you so much for sharing this, it really means a lot to us 😊
We’re so glad to hear that Yuka has had such a positive impact on your habits and that you find value in the transparency it brings. Your perspective on how consumer choices can influence manufacturers is exactly what drives our mission!
And a big thank you as well for your support through the subscription, it helps us stay independent and continue improving the app 💚
Thanks Julie. You’ve all helped my shopping and good food choices. I’m so very grateful to YUKA!
Thanks for this information Julie.
I always use Yuka when buying new products. I’m surprised at the chemicals they put in ( so called) top brands.
Denise. 😊
Thankyou
Great thanks. I did wonder just what Yuka was testing, particularly in facial serums. Is it how natural a product is and less chemicals?
Hi Pauline,
Great question 😊
Yuka doesn’t test products in a lab. Instead, we analyze the ingredient list provided on the label and assign a risk level to each ingredient based on scientific studies and health authority assessments.
All the sources we use are listed directly in the app, so you can review them if you’d like. Our goal is to help you better understand what’s in a product, not to test its effectiveness or how natural it is.
I hope this helps clarify our method! To learn more, you can click here.
Most helpful. Thanks
how can we trust your site is not being manipulated by the bog organisations ?
Hi Jul,
Rest assured! Yuka is fully independent and does not accept any funding from brands, so our ratings cannot be influenced.
You can learn more about how we operate and review our financial statements here.
I love what you guys are doing and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart 💗
I was in a very dark place and decided to stop injecting my medication and deal with the disease instead of the side effects.
I’m healing myself from MS with the help of your app, it’s easy now to know what heals the body and what harms it, thank you thank you thank so much.
I now have quality of life back 🙏
I have told everyone about it that is willing to listen and many download Yuka, I even help people in the supermarket, help better choices.
The breakfast cereal I eat (because of Yuka)
is Freedom Foods – cranberry and buckwheat you give it 90/100
The Yuka team are legends 🤩
Great job Yuka! Please do an observation for yoghurts and other food categories
Non are even organic. Very sweet, I don’t think that I would touch any of them.
When I look at every product rated excellent with 90/100, in the app it has just one negative – “a bit too caloric” – so you’ve just filled people’s inboxes with a recipe to consume too many calories at breakfast??? How is that helpful? Seems like an important piece of information to leave out there.
Love yaka especially for skin care and personal care its absolutely astounding what we have been using ,I’ve totally changed how I shop and while shopping i also introduce others to your app. Could you maybe do one for pets im sure we would be horrified to see what we have been feeding them.
Thank you
I use “petfood reviews”. Very helpful
Having anything with sugar / honey / sweetener is not the best way to start the day.
The research behind glucose spikes and the need to have vegetable fibre first is significant.
Love using your app when shopping and have noticed some of Woolworths bar codes have changed and will not scan.
Thank you for your great app, use it all the time 😊
Thank you for doing the research. I often use Yuka when shopping.
Thank you. The information you provide is very much appreciated.
Are any gluten free?
The last one listed at 10. says Gluten Free
I mix a packet of rolled oats and a packet of Almond and Apricot muesli and have that with hi-lo milk for my breakfast. I make sure the oats do not have added potassium as I am on blood pressure tablets.
Thank you for doing the hard work to set us up for healthy eating
Thank you 😊
Thankyou Yuka 😊
Thank you. All information is greatly appreciated. You guys do a fantastic job keeping us informed. Thanks again.
Unfortunately, I wish I could eat any of those but due to gluten intolerance and nuts allergy it impossible to find breakfast cereal.
A lot of muesli and cereals don’t cater for people that have allergy too nuts and gluten and that have diverticulitis . But thank you for the update.
My husband stopped getting diverticulitis when he quit eating red meat (apart from very small amounts of pork a couple of times a week), and increasing hydration and fibre was also significant. Also try making your own muesli mix, dry or toasted with all the good things you can eat. All the best
The last #10 is gluten free
loving your work gives us great informed choices thank you
Thank you for sharing. I have tried one or two of these already. Great choices.
It would be even better if you could clearly indicate whether the products are gluten free for comparison purposes.
Love these emails.
Only one Gluten Free – difficult for us coeliacs.
I use this one (I do not react to pure – uncontaminated- oats)
Wheat Free Natural Muesli Nuts & Seeds 500g.
I add lactose free plain yoghurt, cranberries, plus fresh fruit – ideally blueberries
Brookfarm has quite a few gluten free options
Thanks this information is great for me as my husband is a diabetic and this will make it so much easier for me to select a breakfast item.
We use Carmen’s muesli with added 2 min oats.
Thank you for the suggestion’s it was very helpful.
Thank you. I enjoy using your app for all my shopping. It is so helpful.
Love the information you share, but a lot of the products are not available in Australia
This is the best information I love seen nice and simple and easy. Thank you for this loving information.
Thank you just love that you have done a muesli selection .
Recently I’ve introduced 1/2 people to Yuka
My preferred GF Cereal is made by Freedom an Australian company. Maple and Almond Granola and Blueberry Granola. Have you tested this brand?
This is very helpful especially when you want a change of brand
Thank you so much
Thanks for the info!! Very helpful. Added to my favourites. They are now handy to find when I’m at supermarket.
Hi, thank you for all your work. This information is immensely helpful.
Please could you rate pet food, particularly cat food.
Many thanks
Kind regards
Zoe
Zoe King
My problem is I am diabetic and need low carb options as well as no nasties.
Is it possible to add this to your app?
Thank you for your care. Love this app. I use it for many of products 🙂
I prefet organic oats by GF Oats then adding myself cinnamon, nuts, seeds and fruit, then with no added sugar organic almond milk by Nutty Bruce
Love Yuka . So helpful with every day shopping. 10/10 great app. 😄
Thanks for sharing this. Hubby loves the plus ones and we are always checking through using this app.
Unfortunately no consideration is given to the use of seed oils in these evaluations nor other food items on the app. I think this needs to change.
I absolutely agree! The more people are aware of the nastiness of seed oils and can avoid them where possible the better our health will be! Not to mention we should be made aware that if the grains that the cereal are made out of aren’t organic they are also contaminated with glyphosate etc
Thanks for that line up. I found another using your app, also rated 90. We like it better than the Sunsol. It is Heritage Mill, Natural muesli, fruit & Nut. I purchased it at Coles. Love using your app to make healthy choices.
Excellent app use it all the time and have recommended it to so many people. Great to see several of my granola’s made the list. Thank you for all your hard work.
Thanks interesting reading & great information
Thanks for great information.
What’s the best muesli bars
Use the App many times at the supermarket. Such a great guide. Thank you for the breakfast recommendations – so many available these days which are full of sugar. Pleased to find that I’ve already been using some of these after consulting the App.
That’s great info, many thanks
Thanks for the hands up on brekki.
Love using the app has helped so much with my shopping & health.
Patricia
What do farmers feed their livestock to fatten them?
Excellent
Yuka cares about people’s health and
Well being
Only one gluten free.
Gluten free granola is hard to find. Are there any other gluten-free granola products available. without the honey? Where can one buy Food for Health products?
Thanks for the info. All helps.
This is great app thankyou!
Great info and very useful. Now I can make an informed choice in what has become a very crowded and confusing shelf in the supermarket.
May try some of the other 90s ones as well as the Carmen’s one we already get. Thanks
Aldi brand cereals also score 90. But not included in this post
Wonderful list, thank you so much !
Thanks Julie
Great that you’ve included low sugar ones – does the sugar equate to the total carb count? Could your app include the total carbs as well sugar count? If it’s there I couldn’t find it. Or perhaps you could clarify that the sugar count does equate the total carb count on the App? Would be good to know for my type 1 diabetes. Thanks.
Terrific! Thank you. Love your app.
Thank you great information for diabetic 2 can any one recommend the best thankyou
Thank you for this. Muesli is my favourite breakfast
Thanks so much for providing an app that can give so much up front knowledge so we can have a choice if we want to look after our health and not just be manipulated by the multinationals into just thinking we are when we are choosing a lot of rubbish food.
This is amazing help..thanks very much
Great information thank you
Great information. Thank you
Thank you for sharing. Much appreciated.
Great as l love muesli. Thank you for letting me know.
Thank you so much for your research. I will now use Carman’s Granola. It is available in all Australian supermarkets, unlike some of the others recommended.
Your ap has been an incredible help to me and I use it all the time and have changed many brands of food items and body lotions etc. thanks to the site. It is quite astonishing to know that here are so many chemicals in every day foods and body products. (I often wonder if this could be part of the cause of so many children nowadays having allergies and/or autism. I am 77 years old, never had anything processed while growing up on a farm. Milk unpasteurized, home grown vegetables, unadulterated meat. Rarely did we have processed food. A treat was fish and chips on a Friday night, Kellogg’s cornflakes when on holiday!! I have no allergies and no mental disorders that I know of. This goes for so many of my relatives and friends who are of similar age.)
Thank you again for a wonderful addition to my life.
Exellent information. I never thought of meusli being “healthy”.
What about the sugar levels in each one? As a diabetic this is important? Which one of these has the lowest sugar level and lowest carb level?
Excellent thank you
I love your app. I use it all the time. This confirms my findings with these b/fast products. Porridge. There is a wall of dominant brands and you have to search the bottom shelf for a boutique brand that is the best of them all. “Arnold’s” “Heritage Mill” comes in second. And only when they are stocked. Thank you.
I make my own, should be 100% as I have been making it for about 10 yrs. Now 92 this year and going well. Do use Yuka a lot and believe it’s a must for good health! Keep up the good work from an old fan of you cobbers.(Aussie for Guys)
Interesting! We only eat the Brookfarm muesli, and are quite perplexed it only gets an 54 rating on your app.
I love Yuka
I use it for about everything I buy
Thank you 😊
Thank you for this list. My bestie who is 83 has just been told she is Celiac and needs gluten free food. I love your app but it’s so hard to upload an item ( salmon fish cakes) for info on it.
I would like to thank you for your app and for the information on Granola’s and Muesli’s.
Your app is a wonderful tool and I use it regularly.
Thanks for the information it’s makes choosing easier
Thanks for the information makes it a lot easier
Thank you so much for your Yuka app,it has been very valuable for our family when shopping at the supermarket. I have recommended your app to many people who are now using it.
I noticed a lot were granola. I didn’t see any fruit and nuts and the other one that I always choose about was Weeties
Love these posts 👏
For years myself n husband been eating Unclr Toby,s PLUS have gone true but most of the time I bought the one with Apple coz we had to watch our teeth with the one with nuts.
We didn,t find it sweet at all. We do not put sugar or honey on top , only banana or frozen barries. Love it. My husband unfortunately is tube fed now he can not enjoy them anymore.
I had few boxes in my spare cabinet, bought them when on special. Just for myself now they wore to many.I discovered our youngest son n his wife like them so I passed on to them. I left one for me. Now I am looking at all 10 cereals being rated i m happy we have been eating good once.we kept sugar away from our body.although I love chocolate but indulge with dark 70% one.in future I will try the one gluten free as I m getting older I get blotted tummy maybe gluten will be better for me. Thanks again for the email.
Thank you Julie for taking all the stress out of choosing a breakfast muesli. I really love being able to check the food value of supermarket products with you. I have definitely changed brands on several items according to your rating.
Regards Marea
We buy Hillcrest Muesli from Aldi – I like using The App when I do my shopping.
Many thanks to all
Reply
Great, thx for this. Love the app! Use it all the time. The app got me onto Carmen’s Peanut cluster granola which I can also highly recommend. Thx Yuka! 👍
I found this list very helpful as it reduces my work checking each product separately. I particularly liked your comment that the ranking was conducted independently and no brand has paid to be included. Well done and keep it up
Thank you Julie love you’re app it’s very helpful
Hi Yuka team,
Thank you for the top ten Granola issue, I do already use the Carmen’s brand so all good 👍.

Hi Julie.
Good to see I use 2 of the above cereals. Thanks for the update. Regards Rhonda. 😄
Thank the earth some group off people are being honest about the toxic crape the goverment let the company’s put in our food products. Thank your group so much.
I’ve been a sucker for Carmen’s granola for many years, so pleased to see it’s rated so high. As the weather is cooling down, it will be time to change over to oats with fruit and yoghurt for me, so seeing which oats are best will be great!
Absolutely love what you gave me in my email I appreciate it so very much thank you 🙏 I love something like this but try to find them it’s a different story thanks again Yuka what shops would these be available ? Thank you very much Anna

This is great – thank you. Use this app for absolutely everything. Do you think you could also include GF products?
Great imfromtion love using this App. I have family members using it as well these days
Aldi’s Hillcrest Muesli Clusters is missing from this list. One of the cheapest options and a rating of 84 https://app.yuka.io/6P6AjDH
I am wondering which has the least sugar please.
I am a diabetic
Very helpful Thank you
Thank you I will be trying the Carmans I usually avoid buying anything like this
these are all new brands for me! thanks for the mueslis information. I usually avoid buying commercially made granola.
