Interested in the yogurts with least amount of sugar. Don’t do reduced sugar additives.

I just started using Chobani and especially love Key Lime. I agree to a point with the app, it is good, but I find they do have an amount of sugar that is slightly eyebrow-raising, no? I won’t defer to their Zero Sugar because the additive for those like most no-sugar or less-sugar items are just as concerning. This segways to an idea I will leave in another venue about a middle rating that alerts a user to check more and not throw something out if Poor, or accept if Good. The person is responsible for checking, but a rating that helps up front is a decent idea, or not?

Be cautious about what the manufacturers substitute the sugar with. As I am not an expert, but I have a comment above that I noticed one day, the amount of sugar in a Chobani cup. I will still use it, but won’t do a Zero sugar. I forgot the additive, maybe Stevia, and those may not be great either. I guess that, too, is an open issue.

Yes! As long as you choose one that isn’t packed with sugar :). You can make lots of tasty lowcarb desserts with Greek yogurt.
