Please stay away from Red Diamond. Had an issue with mold in a brand new gallon. Called the CS Dept, they did not even apologize for it. They stated that “small amounts” of mold was acceptable to them. As far as me drinking it and getting sick, they were not going to do anything about it. I didnt ask for anything. I was just looking for a “I’m Sorry, We’ll do everything we can to make sure it doesnt happen again” not the case. Only after speaking to CS, Upper management of Borden (where its manufactured) to the Red Diamond corporate office and telling them that this wasn’t a case of “i want something for my trouble” that i was just looking for a apology and to solve the issue going forward i received an “Oh. Well, we’re sorry….” They are not. This happens all the time. Please stay away from them. I have pics to prove if needed.

I have a comment about the brand names and how they effect mental health,
Although “Liquid Death” rates 61/100. I would never purchase it because of the name and the graphics. It gives a psychological message that is negative and even demonic. I would never recommend the tea because it can actually influence (especially our youth) in a negative psychological direction.

I found someone had spit in a bottle of my Arizona Ice tea after I bought two cases of it I took pictures called the company they refunded my money this was about 3 years ago. It was pretty nasty we had to dig it out with tweezers it was like someone hocked it into the bottle. I drank it for years but that day I quit. Then I did research and found out that there was not any realty in the Arizona tea.
    Thank you
I’ve been researching for years and I am a big tea drinker.

Where can these teas be found what store i only shop at Safeway stores and I have turned on so many people with your app we all love it a lot of people like trader, Joe’s and sprouts, I don’t a lot of stuff in those stores, I have scanned and they are really bad. So now I find so many things that I can eat and I am a vegetarian. I eat the good stuff and try to stay away from the bad stuff. But thank you so much, so please let me know where I can find those teas. I’m not really a tea drinker. Or a coffee drinker, I really just drink water and the steel water is the only water that I drink. Thank you again julie

I make my own iced tea using decaffeinated tea bags and no sugar. Sometimes I put fresh raspberries in the tea for a little flavor. Many of the Yuka favored brands are not in my local Florida stores, and most store brands have caffeine. In a pinch, I buy Pure Leaf or Arizona, but it’s caffeinated, and I avoid green tea because of the caffeine. Thank you for the good info!

Just read a study showing certain glass bottle have much more microplastics than plastic ones. Pretty crazy. It came from the bottle lid and lables.

Tejava unsweetened teas are truly delicious. With no calories, sugars or preservatives, what else can you ask for?

Thank you for your suggestions on the clean choices for iced tea. One other suggestion, many folks like a drink called an Arnold Palmer. It usually is 3/4 iced tea and a 1/8 -1/4 of unsweetened Lemonade. It would be great to highlight the choices of lemonade with lower sugar options or choices with Monk Fruit.
Congratulations, on Yuka being featured in a health segment on the Today Show recently with Vicky (Wyn) Nguyen.

I am curious why Pure Leaf has only 2 ingredients and is rated only 71/100? Just Ice Tea has 3 ingredients and is rated 81/100.

I use a little stevia, some honey in my teas sometimes. Most of the time I make my own teas and usually drink them without any sweetener.

What about Y’all Sweet Tea? It ranks 71 on the Yuka app which is higher than or equal to your top rated. You can make it with zero sugar or sweeten to taste.

Pure Leaf has a couple “Subtly Sweet” – lemon, peach, and plain. Label says lower sugar. I don’t know how they score on Yuka though.

Many people I know do not buy these ready-made-drinks.
I make my own iced tea when it gets hot in the summertime. It’s so easy to make, taste better and is less expensive. Why should I buy tea in a bottle??
