I would love to know if there is a safe face cream/moisturizer with sun protection.
Vanicream Facial moisturizer works well for me. They make one with SPF 30 that is also rated Excellent on Yuka. I’m currently using Andalou Naturals Color+ Correct SPF 30 for sunscreen (rated excellent). It has a slight tint, which takes away the potential slight pastey-ness of the Zinc Oxide that both these sunscreens use. It blends really well after it settles in on your skin. Check YouTube videos

I use AloeVeraCream+ from Epicorganic daily. It is manufactured less than 20 miles from my home in Largo, Florida. The YUKA app does not recognize its barcode so it must not be on your radar! I buy it by the case and use it all over my body.

How about some ideas for larger containers of body lotion. don’t like texture and feel of Honest and Native. They feel “sticky”. I assume they are more difficult to make as body lotion for everyday use seem to be scarce except for the two mentioned. Have had to settle for lotion that is rated 45-50.

My hand crack so easily. I found Neutrogena, Norwegian Formula, Hand Cream. This is the first cream that really works on my hands
I used it as well before I got the Yuka app. Unfortunately, it only rates 19/100. There’s a high-risk additive in the product.
I am always looking for something natural to use that is free from a lot of stuff that could be harmful to you and your skin as well. I’ve been using All Good Lavender Body Lotion for years, and it also gets 100% rating on Yuka. I don’t care for the smell of lavender but this is outstanding. Even my husband likes the smell, which is very light. It’s not greasy and has great staying power. I’ve tried some of these on this list and I would put All Good ahead of these.
I have no idea how so many of these got 100/100. Especially the ones with citric acid in it, which is mostly grown in black mold in China. And so many other ingredients that are not healthy. I am definitely going to stop paying for this app.
I have a question. Is your rating based on the good ingredients or the results from the products? By the way, I do love ur site and look up barcode for your ratings regularly.

I just would like to let you know that I thought that I was eating so healthy and using products that were so healthy until I started scanning everything with my, “Yuka” app. I was shocked! I was so disappointed in myself that I thought I was eating healthy and feeding my family healthy so, I want to thank you for all the work that you put into trying to keep the rest of us healthy. I am going to be 60 years old in February. My mom passed at 73, 11 years ago. I miss her horribly, but I’m not ready to see her yet in heaven, when I can talk to her from here. I need to be here for my dad who is 84 years old and has Alzheimer’s Disease. I’m trying to keep myself as healthy as possible so that I can take care of him and my family. I would like to feel better, too. So, thank you for helping me with at least a better diet and using products that hopefully will protect me from getting cancer or any other crazy disease or ill illness. 💜🙏💜

Good day. I use Yuka. I don’t mind slowing down to use it. If there are other people near me in the isle, I share Yuka and Yuka results with them, and they take a pic of the app for future reference. I was very surprised/pleased to see this Yuka post/review of hand cream. Thank you so much. It needs to be our “choice” to use non-natural products instead of due to lack of knowledge.

Also, how about good old organic unrefined coconut oil. When I’ve used the oil to “grease” a pan, I rub what’s left on the back of my hands. A little goes a long way.
For years I used all Nuxe products then when scoring on zyuka discovered they were not highly rated. I stopped using them all. Will be interested to learn about the Nude hand lotion. Thankyou for the great info. Carol

Thank you I ordered the beekman goat hand cream. I use yuka all the time. For food for beauty products it’s a lifesaver. I was surprised at how many healthy foods are in safe to eat I recommend this program to everyone and everyone I know including weight watchers my doctors the nurses. And my whole family is now using it. You show one person in the family and everybody gets involved and now we’re competing against one another. My granddaughter says all I use everything natural well I showed her it may be natural but it does have additives. Thank you for creating this program
