I was originally intrigued with the app. As I started using it, I found that many of the items I would purchase were not very healthy. I still occasionally choose something not good, but much of my choices have now become much better. I’m so their the Yuka app.

I am not one to consume garlic or mushrooms. Do you have a snack recipe without garlic and mushrooms? Also , not spice indulgence either.

Google it or ask AI for the nutritional values of each ingredient, add that info on each ingredient together and divide by four, or however many servings you plan to break the porridge into.
For example, I asked for the nutritional values of one cup dry quinoa. This is what I got:
Nutritional Breakdown (1 Cup Dry/Uncooked Quinoa)
      Calories: ~626
      Protein: ~24g
      Total Carbohydrates: ~109g
      Dietary Fiber: ~12g
      Fat: ~10-11g
      Sugar: 0g
      Iron: ~7.8mg
      Potassium: ~957-1258mg

I will try the applesauce, thank you JahDe’! Avoiding bananas, unless they are really green, due to the more ripe, the higher the sugar content.
